[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever's Pure It — Spare supplies | |
I Purchased a Pure It device in month of Feb., 2009. I ordered a GKB on 7th Sept., 2009 their order no. 047962, that day I told that my order will be executed in 72 hours and the same message I received by SMS also. On 9th, 11th and 13th Sept I called customer care and informed that I have not received my order. On 14th also i called customer care and informed that I did not received any call or the product. I fed up with the kind of customer care. When they are not able to supply the spares, whey they release the products into market. I request you to instruct the company to take out the pure it unit from my home and pay me the amount what I paid at the time of purchasing. Was this information helpful? | |

this is vamshi i bought purit before 3months my transparent water container has broken when i was cleaning it can i get that only transparent water container .

Hindustan Unilever's Pure it — Awaiting for the cash receipt
Dear Sir/ madam,On 30th of May'09, we had purchased the purifier (Pure it) and paid the cash( Rs.2000/-) after getting the demo by Mr. Manik Kumar Sen, as committed by him to give the cash receipt on either 1st or 2nd June, 09. When I called up on 4th, he again assured to come in the same evening, but did not turn up.
Is this kind of behaviour expected from such renowned company.I am really repenting to have bought this purifier.
