have purchased 1.5 Ton hitachi Kaza Windows AC on 10th April 2011.
Now, from the past few days I am noticing that my AC is making some kind of weird noise, which I am sure that is not normal. And this noise is increasing day by day. It's also very irritating type of noise. Apart from noise, AC is cycling very frequently. I went for Hitachi AC because they claim that they have lower noise level as compared to other brands.
Please send your service man who can look for the issue. I have also raised a WEB Request for this today. Tried to call Corporate office no. many times, but no one is picking the phone.
I think the problem is with this Model only and if not rectified fully, I need my AC to be replaced.
