[Resolved] Hitachi AC — No customer service

The AC does not work...The AC guys check and say AC is working and it is a stablizer fault and the stablizer guys say it is the AC Fault...it goes round in circles...when we pay so much for installation and then for the machines as well I HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR SERVICE I NEED THEM TO APOLOGIZE TAKE THE MACHINES BACK AND RETURN MY MONEY. I was purchased Ac 5 star rating for a Rs. 38000/- and additional fitting cost extra (Model - RAU 018 HPD) from M/s. RK electronics, J.Hills branch, before purchasing the model RK manager said about the product very well. but after installing i am facing so much problem with this model. New AC inside electronic board after purchase withing one week i got so many problems it shows red light and automatic on and off and i am getting mobile ring tones from the AC. So much sounds in the night. I want replace with new one or other wise return my total amount immediately.
