I purchased Hitachi A/c Window 1.2T in the year 2010. I registered complaint/request for free service on 15.4.2011 (at your phone No.[protected]. I also received confirmation of registration number by SMS at my mobile No.[protected]. I was assured that engineer/service person will come within 48 hours. What to talk of 48 hours, no one has turned up till date (31.5.2011). Request you to look into the matter and get it solved as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
I purchased a Hitachi air conditioner on[protected] from Cochin. Till date I have not get any service from the company. I complaint to company customer care toll free number [protected]. But no response from their side also. So please take necessary actions for my complaint.
