[Resolved]  Hitachi AC — Swing is not working

Hitachi Airconditioner — SWING NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a New HITACHI Window A/C in december 2009 and my problem is that my machines auto swing is not working and when I have registerted the complaint then customer care person said it will take 3-4 days in it .So I here by request you to hepl me out from this problem.

Hitachi AC — NOT RESPONDING

Dear sir,

i purchased hitachi ac on 25/3/2011. i fixed it in my fathers house. the showroom sent a technician to fit ( extra charges also paid to fix). he fixed it and there is no power so they said no problem it will work. after that it works but with less cooling. after 15 days the air is soo hot. we compliant about this to dealer shop he said we are not responsible contact hitachi costomer service center. the customer center told we are not responsible ask dealer. and both are harassing. finally shop sent technician he tested that one part was damaged. it is purly manufacturing defect. but they are demanding 5 thousands .ok it is not matter. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE saying hitachi not having company sevice station. really we are harasing by hitachi company i emailed company but they are also not responding.

after 90 days it stop working

on april 2013 i buy a hitachi ac from ahmedabad (gujarat). after 90 days it stop working till now problem is not solve. plz tell me now what i have to do.

Hello Last to last month I bought a Hitachi split ac nd after some days swing problem occurs technisan came nd tell that we will repair it in 2_3 days but no response from there side it has been around 1 month no response from their side as well as from service centre please help me
