The WORST Customer Care Service EVER for a product in India. I lodged the complaint and its age now is more than a month and still it is not attended. I wonder how they manage the people to attend a customer's complaint.
This will create a bad reputation to the company future growth.

Its been 20 days and no one in Delhi seems to be working, All of them pays no attention to your new customers.
I bought this DC twin blower twin motor 1.5 ton WINDOW AC and with in a month it start giving us a nightmare .
First an electric shock to a small boy of 5 year playing behind the AC.
We complained through complaint no.[protected] Dtd.05 june 2012 .
A so called engineer with no knowledge about the new model came and found nothing wrong.
Then i made another complaint about noise in the machine on 18 june 2012.no.[protected]. Nothing done.
We left for vacations for 15 days.
Again we complaint the same on 03 july2012 vide no.[protected].
Next day the same engineer opened the penal and found short circuit in PCB .
There was water in the covered wires, He cut few wires and opened all the covered wires to dry.
Then taped few of them and said that we will change the whole display penal and the PCB.
It was rusted as if it is 2 year old machine.
When we started our machine in the evening, there was no display and showing E9.
Then i called the head of patper ganj office in delhi. i was assured by him that it will be done by next day.
nothing happened since then i call and call everyday but no one is prompt enough to call me back.
I ask the head of your department that is it necessary for a customer to go to the court to make you hear a complaint.
I request you to kindly change this machine as early as possible.
