[Resolved] Hitachi / Air Conditioner — poor service | |||
Hi I had bought Hitachi AC on 5th May , 2009 ( Model No R-531SUMD ) I had booked a complaint for the first free service on 20th March , 2010 at toll free Number [protected]( Complaint Number[protected] and was promissed that complaint would be attended in the next 48 hours After that i had a talk with Nikhil on the same number on 30th March After that i had left my name and number more then 3 times Then i had got number of Hitachi South Delhi and i had a talk with Mr Joshi at[protected] and he gave me number of Mr Hari Singh for Gurgaon service ( [protected] ) . Mr Hari Singh denied that he looks after Gurgaon I need your support to get my service done Its not that i cannot afford it outside Hitachi but i thought this is the brand i should associste with and had very high expectation Your immediate intervention would be highly appreciated Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
