This is my 3rd reminder regarding cooling issue of Hitachi air conditioner Purchased by me.I haven't got any response from your side.I am totally dissatisfied from your side.I had all ready given every information regarding my complaint in my previous mails marked to you.kindly look into this matter because iam suffering a lot by purchasing this product.

This is my second mail to the customer care.
before this i had only received just a call from your side and my complaint regarding cooling has have'nt resolved yet .So kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

DEAR SIR,
I BOUGHT 2 HITACHI AIRCONDITIONER IN JANUARY 2011 AND IN THE MONTH OF APRIL I GOT THEM INSTALLED I NOTICED THEY WERE NOT COOLING AT ALL.
I MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE ABOVE CONDITION ON THE TOLL FREE NUMBER AND SINCE THEN I AM JUST MAKING TELEPHONIC COMPLAINTS NO BODY CARES TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.ON 9TH OF MAY AFTER 11DAYS OF ORIGINALLY FILLING MY COMPLAINT AND RINGING THEM AT LEAT 50-60 TIMES ATECHNICIAN CAME AROUND 7.30 AT NIGHT AND WROTE THE MACHINERY NUMBER SAID THERE WAS NO GAS AND LEFT WITHIN FIVE MINUTES SAYING THE PROBLEM WOULD BE RECTIFIED WITHIN 2 DAYS.I SPOKE TO THEIR HEAD SUPRIVISOR IN OKHLA AND HE SAID IT WOULD BE RECTIFIED SOON BUT ITSALMOST A WEEK NOW NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.
ITS DISGUSTING THAT THIS IS THE STATE OF AFTER SALES SERVICE HITACHI IS GIVING TO ITS CUSTOMERS AND HOW I WISH WE HAD NOT BOUGHT A HITACHI ASWITH THE PRODUCT AFTER SALES SERVICE IS ALSO IMPORTANT.
MY REGISTERED NUMBER FOR THE COMPLAINT IS[protected].
I DEEPLY REQUEST THE CONCERNED HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST MY COMPLAINT AS ITS BEEN ALMOST19 DAYS SINCE I COMPLAINED AND NO ACTION A PHONE IN BETWEEN THAT TECHNICIAN WOULD COME BUT HE DIDNT.
I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST U TO TAKE ACTION FAST.
