yesterday i.e on 07/06/2011 i had purchased a hitachi 1.5 ton kaze 3-star window ac. but since installation it is not cooling effectively and there is excess sound with the fan and the unit. also the compressor turns off automatically. i had made a complaint yesterday only at around 8pm vide complaint no. [protected] (ac being installed at around 6pm).the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer of hitachi. it seems to be of poor quality or refurbished unit.
it is constantly troubling me and i feel humiliated owing to the defective product.....it is hereby requested to you to please replace the unit immediately.

I purchased a window AC in last month(24 March 11) and get installed the same on 23 April 11 and since installation getting error E1 and when confirmed from hitachi call center as per them there is PCB got faulty.
This is suprise how company like hitachi delivers defective machine to end consumer and now i am not sure what to do, though i have complaind hitachi [protected] today 24 April 11 and waiting for the engineer visit.
Moreover Demo call is still pending with reference no [protected] which logged on 23 April-11.
Pls suggest what to do, and i want to replace my machine not to repair.
