We have made a Preventive Service Contract for our Hitachi Air Condition with 'Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd. The contact period is between 22.09.11 to 22.09.12.

But even after multiple reminders for maintenance work, service personnel's are not turning up and even they are not properly responding to our calls.

Amount paid for each contract is 1324/-.

Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd — wrong installation

I have purchase one split 1 ton Hitachi Aircondition model Logicool from their distributor Universal Sales .they done such instalation that there is water leaking from the wall there person visited us and told instalation is wrong have to done again. We told what ever you have done you have to done it again. After that several complain has been done there is no response from the company itself (telephone no. 22653383/[protected]) and universal sales
You are requested to please look into the matter and ask the company to rectified the instalation

I had registered for service my faulty 2 Hitachi window AC and its service request nos are

The abovementioned service request number was generated on 24th May,2012
I strongly suggest that the quality of service is pathetic . Having registered for the service on 24th no one had called once and i have been calling to their number daily.
