An air conditioner of 11TR ductable has been installaed in the month of March 2006, after 2 years and 3months the coil of the machine has gone bad. This pauses a question mark on the quality of HITACHI airconditioners. Hope that this can be taken as a benchmark while considering the Hitachi.
