[Resolved] Hitachi — not servicing the AC properly and executive demands money. | |
I shyam sunder r/o 202 A new roshan pura najafgarh had bought an Ac of 1.5 ton split from Hitachi. It worked well and i was satisfied too.But from last one month it makes a lot of noise and when i contacted the customer care they send the executive. The executive told me that it need service and the service was done. But the noise was there too. On third day when i again complained the executive came and told me that the AC need to fill the gas. I asked him to do so and he then told me that instead of filling the gas by Hitachi which cost nearby 2600 rupees he can managed to do so with 2000 rupees. I refused to do so, and it was the begining of the problem and now when i call customer care they don't reply and the office at Janak Puri make ridiculous replies and the service executives do not turned up.
