[Resolved] Hitachi — Problem in AC | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Miss. M.Rajeshwari from Chennai. Recently we bought ‘HITACHI SPLIT A/C RAU5171SD (1.5 TON – 5S)’ in Vasanth & Co at Puraswalkam, Chennai on 25.12.2012 for Rs.44500 in the name of Mr. Madusudanan. The Bill Number is [protected]. Now that, I wish to bring to your notice that the Appliance which I have brought is not in good condition from day one. I wish to report that the tool has been at fault since the time I bought it. The problem identified is leakage of water, Every time red light in blinking in AC and the Auto swing not working properly. The engineer reported to our home 2 times then also issue not rectified by them. Even after reporting it to the service centre many times as usual they confirm that I will receive call from technician same day but nobody calls back. I think they knows that the problem can’t be rectified let the customer face the problem. The complaint id is [protected] reported on 27.04.2013 for the same issue again. I would like the company to either attend the problem immediately or I wish the money to be refunded to me at the earliest.
