Hitachi believes in hoodwinking the customer. They attend to complaints and if they cannot solve the problem it is not escalated to the next level. Their service rep has the audacity to say that we can call if reqd the Mumbai office. I told them I have registered a complaint and if you are not able to solve pl ask your boss to call me, After that 3 complaints to their customer centre no response. The problem is sweating in the vegetable compartment. The solution offered is place a cloth at the bottom. It will absorb the water and the vegetable will not get spoiled. Actually the term is not sweating it should be called water logging. There is no rain in Mumbai but it is raining in my 3 door refrigerator. I think Hitachi may be able to offer some solution for rains in Mumbai to the authorities. They may ask them to cover teh sky with cloth so that the wet cloth could be squeezed for water!!!
