We purchased Hitachi split ac (1.2 T) ,Model: RAU014EQD/2010 from ur authorized dealer STAR ENGINEERING,MIDC,Dombivli(E). It was installed on[protected].Within few months o[censored]se ,the cooling reduced remarkably.The complaint was attended by the dealer and gas was filled due to leakage.The same problem recurred in subsequent months & every time gas was refilled. In toto,gas was refilled thrice in warranty period and each time we were assured that the problem is solved.Now the warranty period is over and we r sailing in the same boat with" NO COOLING".Totally we have used the AC hardly for 4-5 months during which gas leakage occured 4 times.
We have purchased ur ac for ur brand name in the market, shelling approx 1.5-2 times more money over other ACs. We r highly disappointed with the outcome. A very poor installation and service is damaging the reputation o[censored]r brand. We request u to look into the matter on urgent basis and send a technical expert from the company on site for rectifying the problem. It is a request to improve the service o[censored]r product to prevent a bad reputation o[censored]r brand.
