I also bought HITACHI 1.5t window AC.
Its got faulty in just 4 months.HITACHI IS THE BIGGEST CHOR OF ALL.

I, Angshuman Das purchased a hitachi 1.5ton ACE inverter AC model no RAU019EUEA from Greateastern trading co, sodepur, kol -700114, on 19/05/2014 and my invoice no is 23/SA/1415/01817. ON 3rd JUNE i noticed my ac is not cooling and i registered my complain to hitachi and my docket no is [protected]. but no body attend me and we call them several time, but till today [08/06/2014] no body attend me. So i request to take necessary action please.

I have purchased a 0.9 Ton Split AC on last year. When we do the new installation, Technician found that there is a leakage in indoor unit and given replacement at the time of new installation. Even initial stage also there is no efficient cooling, any how it’s ok at that time. Then I have asked the engineer at the second & Third service, they convinced that it will be like that ( this much cooling only ) you have open terrace that’s why there is cooling effect.
Then I have extended the AMC for PM. Now the engineer came to the site for the first service of PM and found that there is no gas in outer unit. This problem was there since in the warranty period itself. Now I am in the position to spending extra money for this service, because of service engineer inability to find in warranty period. Hence can you please do the necessary action.
I have invested and 30, 000/- but not utilized this AC
Please do the needful to make customer satisfaction.
