[Resolved] Hitachi — Bad/Non-existent service | |||
I purchased HITACHI air-conditioner 2 years ago. In the first year I was supposed to get 4 services, which I did not get. So, when I signed up for AMC one year back, I was promiced 5 services (instead o[censored]sual 4). But That promice remained on paper. Now my AMC is about to expire, and I'm trying to get a service, but the service center is very un-responsive. Many times, no one picks up the phone. After few attempts, I managed to register request for service, and after about 4 days, I'm still waiting. All I have is a SMS with request#. Was this information helpful? | |||
