Pathetic After Sales Service Sir/ Ma'am - No offense but please consider this as an Registered letter and forward this to the MD and the President of Hitachi India/Japan (if required). i have registered a complaint on dated 10th of September 2012, complaint No.[protected]. but till my complaint not honored / completed. the customers care executive so rude to talk. With all due respect, Hitachi dealer,customer care,after sales service and technical/service engineer(s) are all fake and nothing else but bunch of liars, whose job is to lie over the phone and play with the customer emotions. Actually Government should take strict actions against this type of fake company and sell their products without any direct control over the after sales service.They just forget everything after getting their profits. Not asking for more but my earnest request is to take the AC back and return all my money,so that I can buy a home product from an Indian company, which should have atleast a physical address and people who would honour their committments. I hope you would understand that this is just the begining. I am a citizen of a democratic country and I am aware of my rights.I don't need your product/services.All I need is; Hitachi to pay back for all the discomfort,inconvenience and harrassment caused to customer(so called customers for Hitachi) who is sitting helplessly and watching his sick family member, who needed this AC more than anyone else, for whom the cool and fresh air is a necessity rather than a levish living style or a status symbol. Please understand that you are dealing with HUMANS and not ANIMALS. And by the way just an fyi - for Animals too our Govt. (Govt. of India) have some law in place and I am sure you know that. Here are the details :- Name of the Customer :- Pratap rawat Address of the Customer :- H No. 585, .street no 1, Ashok Vihar, Gurgaon Name of the product :- Hitachi 1.5 To Window Air Conditioner with Remote. Model of the product :- Samarcool TM Date of Purchase :- May 10th 2012 (Under full warantee). Cost of AC+Stabalizer :- Rs.34,100/- (Indian Rupees). Hope to see things moving before it's too late. Hitachi/Window AC 1.5 ton — Pathetic service from hitachi
Hi,I bought a 1.5 ton window AC last year(its still under warranty period)
I had made a service request(req no [protected]) on 30 april 2011,which is still to be addressed.
Repeated calls/reminders to call centre are falling on deaf ears.
They had boasted a max turnaround time of 4 days but 16 days have elasped and counting.
