[Resolved] Hitachi Window AC — COMPANY NOT ABLE TO REPLACE PART SINCE LAST 2 WEEKS | |||
I HAD ASKED FOR WINDOW AC REPAIRING AND SERVICING ON 2ND MAY, 2010 AND TODAY IS 18 MAY, 2010. THE SERVICE MAN ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT ON 2ND MAY AND BROUGHT TO MY KNOWLEDGE FOR CHANGING PCB AND DISPLAY PANEL. I FOWLLOWED HIS ADVICE AND ASKED HIM TO PUT NEW PARTS. HE TOOK ALONG THE OLD PCB AND DISPLAY PANEL. AFTER REPEATEDLY GETTING THE REPLY FROM THE DEALER THAT THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE I CONTACTED THE COMPANY'S TOLL FREE NUMBER AND TALKED TO MANY REPRESENTATIVES. BUT THE AMAZING THING IS SUCH A COMPANY OF HIGH REPUTE IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE AVAILABLE A PART OF THEIR OWN PRODUCT SINCE LAST 16 DAYS. Hi. this is sathyanarayanan. This type of complaints are not only for your product. All Indian company peoples are doing the same. because all indian consumers are Ilichcha Vayangal according to these peoples. For the same complaint in my vediocon Window Ac they have still not rectified the problem.(i.e. from 11.04.2010 to till date 18.05.2010.) How is it. (Like rajini style)
