I HAVE PURCHASED PURE IT BATTERY KIT ON DATED 7 JULY 2010. AFTER REPLACING THE KIT I GOT DIRTY WATER WITH SMALL. I HAVE COMPLAINT FOR THAT I HAVE GOT COMPLAINT NO. C[protected]. NEXT DAY WITHOUT ATTEND THE PROBLEM BY ANY EXCUSITIVE I HAVE GOT THE MESSAGE BY PURI IT TEAM. DEAR CUSTOMER UR COMPLAINT NO. C[protected] HAS BEEN ATTENDED. PLEASE GIVE YOUR FEEDBACK. I HAD CALL TO CALL CENTER. THEY GIVE ME NEW NEW COMPLAINT NO. AND AGAIN AND AGAIN SAME WITH THAT. NOW I HAVE 4 COMPLAINT NO.
