hai i am the same person who have complained about the HLL pure it water purifier,i have typed wrong number of the pure it people i was making frequent calls to the number [protected],please correct the number that i have posted in the previous mail. Was this information helpful? | |

i have ordered for changing of pure it water purifier battery(long lasting).it has been 15 days that i have complained for the battery,and i am making frequent calls to the call center of hll pure it on number [protected].every time they are booking it as a new complaint,and say that their executives will b w attending the problem within 3 working days,,for the past 15 days they are saying the same thing.i got fed up and opened their web page to complaint.but this is not only me but there are tooooooooooo many people facing the same problem.their post sale service is absolutely worst and poor and third rated.i request people not to to buy HLL pure it as it is having very poor post sale service
