I have one complaint with this bank (Bank of Punjab then Centurian Bank of Punjab now HDFC) pending since last 1 year plus, the same is address to the RBI as well but nothing is done by the bank.
The bank is worse in service and customer dealing,
1. They have not logded my EMI cheques in time accepted by the Sr Bank Employee in writing
2. Sudden increase in Interest rates that to without any intimation to the customer, wrong calculation of the interest Rates and the accordingly interest.
3. When enquired about the statement and the bank certificate for the interest provided wrong certificate and the loan statement.
4. Employee shout at me unnecessarily, and force me to close the loan account.
