[Resolved] Home Town — Fraud and Mental Harament | |||
I bought a Queen size Bed from Home Town, Vanshree Tower, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 14 Dec 2011 and got it delivered on 31 Dec 2011. On 17 March 2012 cot broke all of the sudden and I got injured. After I recovered I contacted Home town(Dhananjaya and Sudeep) to replace the defective Bed. But they are very reluctant to do it. I visited there more than 4 times just to waste my time. Please help me to get the Bed replaced or provide me contact detail of any good advocate to deal with them in consumer court.
