Home Town — TV-with starting problem | |||
Purchased a lot of stuff from Home-town while setting up my home like fittings, furniture and elctronic and found almost everything sub-standard. I regret the decision of going to Home-town. I purchased a TV of Koryo (their own product) and it has a major problem. It doesnot start. I have to switch it on a few times before it may (not definite) start. I have complaint to Home-Town. They have given the number of some dealer saying there is a problem with some part and they will change. I called the dealer afew times but the part was out of stock as many peieces sold by Home-towmm had a similar problem. I had purchased the TV during the Independence day sale. It is one year and I am still facing the problem. it is really disappointing to get such poor service from Home-town. Was this information helpful? | |||
