Dear Sir,
We have received a “Zen tablet” dated by 29-9-12, saturday. And we have complain on it, on 1-10-12 .but we can’t get proper response for it .from two days we can’t use it because of not your proper notification.it's battery is not supporting.
MR.Chandan nagpal who is a area manager of Zen tablet is not giving us response and now he is not
We are extremely sorry for your customer satisfaction. I am not satisfied from hoe shop 18.
Please give us service as early as possible so we can use it as fast.

I had placed order with Homeshop18 for Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Pro Phone on 27th Oct 2012. Item was to be delivered by 2nd Nov but there is no dispatch detail so far. No Email confirmation. No response to complaints. No refund till today 0n 10.11.2012.

Initial delivery date was 8 Apr then was changed to 15 Apr and still there are no updates.
The dumb customer care people don't even understand the diff between order and sub order.
Is this how HS18 operates?

What the hell am i supposed to do after this...!!? Why do you people run online store if can't track which item is available and which is not...!!? Shame on Homeshop18... You people are not fit to run Online store. Better would be to run Cheap City bazaars in Bombay or sell vegetables.
