i had purchased a refrigerator online from homeshop18 in April and complain no. is 1499714, but i doing lot of follow up i had got the delivery of refrigerator but i did not got the invoice and warranty card as i am doing the follow up from last two month but every time i am getting wrong committments and false promises that in this week u will get but such a pathetic service i will get i have dreamed also.

    I had booked a product costing rs. 1800/-"Oval Emerald Navratna Set in panch dhatu by Anaya, Product code A28, NAV 001GJ" on 23.05.09 on telephone with the scheme "Payment before delivery".I had paid Rs 1800/- to courier on 27.05.09.Compeny also acknoledge the recipt of full payment on telephone and assured me your product will be received to you within 10-12 days.I have been enquired many times i.e. on date 02.06.09, 05.06.09, 09.06.09, 13.06.09, 18.06.09 and 29.06.09 but each time they assured me your product will be received to you within 3-5 days.They also told me your product will be reached by Pafex Courier with Consignment no.[protected] but till date I have not received my Product.The compeny's address is as follows-

      I ordered LGKP500 mobile phone on 3rd June. And payment was made by the cheque.
      The company first promised to deliver the order within 7 to 10 working days after receiving the payment.
      They received the payment on 9th or 10th of June. But my order has not been received yet.(Today is 25th June!!!)
      I needed the phone on 21st June as I wanted to gift it to my younger brother on his Birthday.
      On inquiring about the order status on 19th June I got the reply that I should Collect the order from Ahmedabad courier office if I am in hurry. (Ahmedabad is 160 kms away from my place!!! And they promise free home delivery!!!)
      On inquiring today again they answered we shall deliver the order as soon as possible.
      I promised my bro to give mobile on 28th June in an event at our place and the irresponsible behavior of the company has disturbed the faith in the net marketing.
      I only wish, I could gift the mobile to my brother on 28th June.

        I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE(RS. 7999.00) PHONE FROM THIS COMPANY IN MONTH OF DECEMBER 2008
        VIDE ORDER NO.[protected] DT. 4.12.2008 DELIVERED BY COURRIER AT MY RESIDENCE ON 7TH OF DECEMBER.

        IN MONTH OF APRIL 2009 PHONE STOPPED WORKING ALL OF A SUDDEN, I HAVE CONTACTED WITH CUSTOMER CARE AT HOME SHOP 18 THEY GIVEN ME 2 DIFFERENT MOBILE NOS I.E [protected] AND [protected] AS THERE AFTER SALES SERVICE CENTRE AS THE INTRUMENT WAS UNDER ONE YEAR WARANTEE.

        AFTER CONTACT ON ABOVE MOBILE NUMBERS I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT AFTER SALES SERVICE CONTACT OF HOME SHOP 18 WAS EXPIRED ON 31 MARCH 2009 AT ABOVE CONTACTS.

        AFTER SO AMY CALLS THEY HAVE REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT ON22.5.2009 VIDE COMPLAINT NO. 1535419 AND GIVEN ME ADDRESS AS PRATHAM TELECOMMUNCATION X-58, OKHLA AND SEND MY MOBILE TO THEM BY TNT CORRIER IN HOME SHOP 18 ACCOUNT NO.74099 WHICH WAS SENT VIDE TNT COURRIER NO. DO[protected] WW DT. 26.05.2009 DELIVERED ON 27TH MAY.THEY CONFIRM ME YOU GET YOUR MOBILE EITHER REPAIRED OR REPLACED WITHIN 12 WORKING DAYS.

        TODAY AFTER 25 DAYS I HAVE ALLMOST MADE 50 CALLS AND SPENT MORE THAN 400 RUPEES AND MY VALUABLE TIMES IN MAKING PHONE CALLS TO HOMESHOP 18 BUT EVERY TIME THE SAME REPLY THAT IT WILL FURTHER TAKE 12 DAYS AS WE HAVE NO STATUS ABOUT YOUR INSTRUMENT.CUSTOMER CARE PERSONS HESITATE TO TRANSFER CALLS TO THEIR SENIORS, KEEP ME TO HOLD THE LINE A LONG PERIOD AND DISCONNECT CALLS WITHOUT GIVEN ANY REPLY.

        Myself Ashwin Solanki. I have received Xcite brand, x440 model no which has ordered from me.
        but, while viewing this phone, i have seen that some problem occured with it as below.

        (1) transfer data through bluetooth is not working.
        (2) Phone memory is not more than 2 MB.
        (2) Camera Resolution is not satisfactory while capturing photo.

        So, I want to return this model and reback my money.

On the same day itself I had file a complain against that product by informing it to one of their executive but I haven't receive any response from their side yet.             hi my name is kiran .i orderd home gym (ITS RS15000/) from homeshop18 on feb 26th .then after 8 days they sent wrong product to me.then i told them to refund my money.but they didnt refund my money till today.when ever i call to customer care they are telling same story that. i have to wait for one week its already 16 weeks passed.so i cant wait more then this.BUT I RECORDED CALLS WHILE SPEAKING TO THEM . i think they are not going to return my money.i even told them that.i will go to consumer court.then to they are not listening to me.

              Dear all,

              My this new complaint against the homeshop 18's Head Office persons.

              I had received the check of 2700 Rs. with my nick name Jayesh PAtil and want to send it back in the name of "Manish Sign Technologies" after giving all profs to homeshop 18 H.O. before 45 days ago and they are unable to send the check, after purchasing their product of 2700 Rs. more than this amount was spend with calling them. What was Doing all H.O. Pursons ????

              Is this chanel or company keep controlled on this resty peoples???

                I have ordered a SpyCam Pen with Audio Video Recorder(SPYPEN) and HOMESHOP18 has deliverd the product on 25th day of May. After going through the MANUAL/INSTRUCTION I have used that SPYPEN but I found that the existing product was completly defected and useless for me.
                I have complained many times but they have given us every time a phone number to tell to talk by other person either it is in HAIDRABAD ([protected] time: 3 pm) or in any other place. The call center persons of HOMESHOP18 has no manner to talk their customers.
                Sir I am requesting you that this company is fraud and please take a proper action against them.

                  I had ordered the Mini Chef Electric Tandoor on 01/05/2009 and received it on 04/05/2009. When I used it I found that its features were not as good as shown on TV and also it did not satisfy my requirements and so as per the Special features - 15 days No question Asked Money back guarantee, I returned the product on 16/05/2009 through courier.
                  Although the 15 days period was not over HomeShop 18 sent me the product stating that you have used the product excessively. I had used it just twice but did not find it ok, so returned it.
                  As per the rules mentioned in the pamphlet, HomeShop18 is bound to refund my money but I feel they are here just to cheat the customers and nothing else.

                  Please beware of such fraud companies and do not go by their pamphlets, it is just a scheme to lure customers and nothing else.

                  respectfuly i bag to say that, I had ordered the SIP energy saver on 15/07/2008 and received it on 25/07/2008. When I used it I found that its features were not as good as shown on TV and also it did not satisfy my requirements and so as per the Special features - 15 days No question Asked Money back guarantee, I m calling to HS18 customer care 5 to 6 times and given my complaint no.is 1587470 by HS18.But No response by HS18 customer care and technical staff.
                  As per the rules mentioned in the pamphlet and 3 years warranty, HomeShop18 is bound to refund my money or replace my product, but I feel they are here just to cheat the customers and nothing else.

                  sir with due respect iwould like to say that i had ordered for a mobile phone on 6/07/2009 and recived it on 17/07/09.when i used it i found the picture quality and the fetures were not up to the mark as good shown on TV AN it is not satisfied my requirements and so as per the 15 days money back guarante i caled ccare but they refused my complaint by saying that u have inserted the sim card. sir i ask u without using phone how u come to know the quality of vidieo or pic. even i dont recived any waranty card.so as per the rules HS 18 is bound to refund my money.

                  Dear Sir with Due respect I would like to say that I have ordered a Rebok combo includes 2 polo t-shirts, 1 watch, sun glasses, and a pair of rebok shoes...as Rebok covers a warrenty against its products..and I recieved a blank warrenty card without any date of purchase and authorised signature mentioned in it . then how can I avail the warrenty without all of these??

                  And as I read all the comment posted against various HS18 products...I am damn sure that my query will not be resolved..

                    I booked a Samsung Handy cam, Rebok Shoes and Bag. I also paid for the delivery of Diamonds. I am given to understand that i won a prize money of 55,000 hard cash or gifts. I was also informed that i won gold vouchers worth Rs. 2 lacs.
                    I also paid for samsung 12.1 megapixcel handy cam Rs.14,996/-. Now request you to deliver the items before 25th December 2010 or cancel the booking and refund my money.

                    I have faced a similar problem with Homeshop18 when i ordered a kodax zi3 camera. When i paid the amount through my CC the product did not arrive to me for one month. The customer care said that the product stock is not available. Then i cancelled that order and booked in Pay after delivery, the product reached me in 3 days!
                    The thing to note is that, when we pay money early, we will not get the product in time and listen to horrible customercare services.
                    This is my experience with Homeshop18.
                    I dont know what is true but i request to homeshop 18 that customer give order to you with a believe please try to maintain their believe, and dont break their believe for some money.

                      I have placed an order for Philips DVD player on 12th May and they told that i will be receiving my product in next 10-12 days, I didn't get the product tilldate..When i called up the customer care they are saying that product is out of stock. How the heck they put the product on site without having stock in the store?..The same stupid people told me that the product will be reaching my house in next days when i called up 3 days back.. Really this store is stupid. Dn't ever place an order in this...Now i have asked for refund, i dnt know how long its going to be.

                          I ordered for a Godrej grill microwave ovenand vacuum cleaner combo pack (ORDER No:[protected] on 10.04.09, whose option was cash before delivery.The rate of the product is Rs.4990.00, but I had a gift coupon worth Rs.500.00, and I had to pay Rs.4490.00.I paid the said amount in time and my material received by my local BLUE DART courier office was on 28.0409.The courier called me to collect the material on 29.04.09, and on watching the parcel I saw that the packages were tampered and a part of the parcel is lying broken on the floor. I rejected to receive the material and wrote to the back of the courier parcel voucher that the material is broken and tampered.I complained to HOME SHOP 18 (by phone and E-mail from 29.04.09 ) about the fact and asked them to replace the material and deliver me a fresh one (COMPLAIN No:-1432847and 1458928), they are in no way helping me to replace the material and they are asking me to wait 48 hours, 72 hours from 29.04.09.Till now they coudnot give me any decision about the matter nor they are giving any date when I am going to receive the material.For further information I must they are lying to me that they received the broken material whereas the material is still at the BLUE DART courier office, RUPNARAINPUR.I hope you will help me for the above fact and help me to get the material replaced by HOME SHOP 18.                             Dear Sir,

                            I have purchased a mobile (Blue Mobile Dual sim) from Home Shop 18 on 22 dec, 2008 it's bill no. is 7074996,

                            After few month the mobile get dead and stop working, I made a complaint of my mobile (complaint no is 1278581) and sent it on 2 Aprl, 09 via DTDC courier service, they have received it on 3rd Aprl, 09.

                            After this I regularly contancting them for my mobile to get repaired but every time they said you will recieved it after 10 days and still I have not recieved my mobile.

                            On 12th May 09 when I again inquiry them for my mobile and there customer care executive says very rudely, you should sent your mobile to the appropriate service center, we will do as we are doing and you will get your mobile when our formal process get complete. Again they said me to wait for 15 days.

                              non refunding of amount against order company failed to supply

                              i had done online booking for onida mobile (product code-G480) costing Rs3699/- in Nov-Dec08, by online booking the product and paying the cash on delivery of parcel by courier TNT ( DO[protected] ww )on 18/12/08.
                              but on opening the parcel i was shocked that Homeshop18 sent me inferior mobile model G-460 costing Rs 500 less and still charging me for the ordered product. With great difficulty they agreed to collect the parcel without me having to pay the courier, as it was mistake on their part, subsiquently i again approached customer care in FEB2009 on their toll free nos to inquire why they are not sending the correct product, every time they apologised for the delay but did nothing to solve the issue. After multiple follow up they agreed that the correct product is not available and that i will receive the refund cheque of icici bank made on 4th april 09 within 7 days, and that the said cheque will be delivered by registered letter of indian post. However till date 06 may 09 i have yet to receive the refund letter, in spite of phoning them again and again.
                              my advice never SHOP WITH HOMESHOP18, or be prepared to pull them in consumer court to claim the refund money with interest + various phone expenses if you have the bills + legal expenses and for the mental torture thus suffered, since that is the only option the company has left for me to exercise

                              Nokia — undue delay in repair of cell phone

                              Sir, I purchased Nokia N73 during July 2008 from one of auth dealer. The phone was having software bugs right from begining . Frequently it went on hanging and sometimes it switched off authomatically. Finally it became non functioinal on 20th Aug 2008 and even did not switch on. I deposted the phones with HCLNOKIA care centre at Greenpark, New Delhi on the same day. On checking the phone it was told to me that the phone is having software problems and there was no hardware defects. The phone was kept by them with Job Sheet No.[protected] according to which it was expected to be repaired by 23rd Aug 2008. Since the day I deposited my phone with the care centre I having been trying to contrat with their help lines but of no avail. There was only option to know status by way of sending SMS. I have sent a long of messgages from the date it was to be delivered but each time it is intimated that the phone is under repair. Even I went to the care centre on 1st Sept 2008 to know the reasons of delay but alas, they could tell me only that the set is in Noida and they are not aware about repair status. When I asked them to provide swap as per their terms and conditions but they showed indifference. It is beyond understanding as why they are delaying in repair for such a simple defect and what is the problems with their help lines. I have been embrassed by the care centre from the service they are supposed to provide. The way these care centres are working, they should be re-named as noka careless centre. Please help me to know the reasons of delay, expected delivery or availablity of swap.
                              NOKIA IS SIMPLY WORST. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

                              Iam P.Arunkumar from Coimbatore.We bought a DVD home theatre with 5.1home theatre in Philips Arena Coimbatore.On 12.11.08 system was taken to authorised service centre of Philips Network Associate Philishops Philips service centre. Ashoka plaza, Dr.Nanjappa nagar Coimbatore & have received a irresponsible answer from the service engineer over there stating that it will take atleast 20days to inspect the product & to analize the problem against.We have given for service and nearly 15days over but not even a single problem was short out and the response was very poor.Iam really disappointed that I have chosen a product from the non responsible customer care company.I feel very unhappy on this response since the engineer takes such a long time to inspect the product.Now a days each and every consumer durables are taken atmost importance towards customer services which I feel you are out of fit.It makes me not to buy a product from Philips and also it makes me advise my friends not to go for Philips.

                              we have received replacement of 2 items which we sent back before 40 days. ref your invoice no : ORA[protected].
                              Again in this invoice you have sent reebok shorts of L size ( which was returned by us to replace with XXL size ).

                              i do not understand what kind of organization is yours, after so many follow ups on telephone and mails every time we have been told that material is delayed to get the corrects size and again you are sending same faulty size? is this a mistake of your useless people or you just want to ridicule a genuine customer who paid advance money on trust of Brands like REEBOK and INDIA TODAy ?

                              As i Know India today is a book store and if you can not cater customers in a proper manner why you are doing these kind of promos? customers are not free to send back you faulty goods at their cost and then keep on following it us. HOW CAN A BIG BRAND LIKE REEBOK IS SPOILING THEIR BRAND IMAGE WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU?

                              The above-mentioned item was delivered against cash payment on 30/7/2009. Unfortunately, this item has gone out of order on 12/8/2009. I made complained on 13/8/2009 for non-functioning of the SpyCam on phone number [protected] and I got reply that the concerned engineer will attend the problem with in 2-3 days. But, no response was there. On 20/8/2009 again I contacted on the same number; they gave me another contact phone number [protected]. As per discussion on this phone number, (7.27 PM on 20/08/09), I was asked to send back the SPYCAM for replacement to HS 18.
                              On 21/8/09, I again made a contact to HS 18, they asked me to send back this item for replacement to “AMS Exporters (AMS Online), Shop No. 5.1.750/7, Hari Das Market, Bank Street, Koti, Hyderabad, 500001”. They also gave me courier Phone No. [protected] to collect this item from Bikaner. But, this courier company (TNT) bears no office in Bikaner. Again I made a contact to HS 18, they peoples asked me to send the SPYCAM by any courier from the Bikaner and to mail the courier receipt for getting the payment.
                              As per advice, I am dispatching the SpyCam to above-mentioned address and the receipt will be sent to you for claim purpose. I here by request to replace the item at an earliest.

                              I had ordered samsung Star G mobile Phone ON 26/9/09 thru card payment. After enquiry I was informed that my order has been dispatched by courier on 01/10/2009.                               I ordered for a intex DVD player 20 days back, Either I got a call from the coruier service or from Homeshop 18, My money is gone and If I call the customer care they say I need to check with the courier service. Now where is the order that I placed. Please dont shop with home shop.
                              If you spend 1000 rupess extra its ok, But never go for this homeshop.
                              Never purchase any electronics goods from Homeshope 18. They are promoting non-branded items and earning a very good commission. I had purchased one mobile, which was shown on their TV channel. In that programm they are saying that the product is not China stock. But after receiveing the same, I came to know that it was China set. And after purchasing they are not ready to tke it back or change the same with branded one. The warranty period of the same is 6 months and after 8 months it was totally damaged. The detailed communication with me and homeshope 18 is follows:

                              No need to switch off my mobiles. Mobile will automatically turns off when it desires (normally within 30-45 minutes)

                              Touch screen not working properly. If the screen is locked by mistake, then we have to remove the battery and then turn on.

                              Reliance and Aircel people denied to give the internet facility in my mobile because they are saying in 'China mobile' internet setting cannot be done.



                              You are requested not to send me any type of your news and promotional things.

                              Because.. I never want to buy or shop any product from you...

                              purchased the set from a chiniese mobile shope for Rs.3200/- three
                              months ago.

                              Sir I am totally fed up with your set. Because of my ignorance I
                              purchased your set. At the time of purchase I thought only about you,
                              trusted you. But you have mis guided me through your TV program.

                              So I request you not to repair this set or replace it with a

                              You have sent me the worst mobile in the world. I was ignorant that you sell Chinese mobile in the market. The set I received is a last quality one.
                              The charger cable of the set is such a low quality product, we have to care it like an infant. Because on the first day when I removed the cable from set it became two parts. Then I checked the inner part of cable and found that wires used in it are low and cheap type. After that I decided to purchase one from market I could not find in any mobile shop. Then I was told by somebody, there is shop where Chinese mobiles and its parts are sold. I reached there and purchased a new one costing Rs.175/- (Note that Nokia charger is available in the Market @ Rs.90/-). And I had to purchase 3 extra cable from this shop because they also sell the same quality.
                              More over, this set cannot be connected with PC. When we connect the same to PC USB the set will only get charged. We cannot store any file into it. And till date Bluetooth is not activated. When ever we ‘power on’ blue tooth, it always shows ‘Bluetooth is initializing, please wait’ and after 10 sec it will disappear to the front screen.

                              When we dial ‘*#06#’ it will shows the IMI no. But often I cannot make a call and when we check the sim status it shows ‘Invalid SIM’. Then what does this IMI No. mean. Now I have to remove the SIM and put the same in some other mobile, then put the SIM again into the set. Now it will work for 8-9 hours.
                              The sound clarity is so bad like some is scratching metals on the rock. At the time of talking we cannot use headset. If it is used neither we can speak nor listen. So no use of head set.

                              I totally fed up with your product. I request you not to sell this product in market or please mention in your ‘TV show’ that this is a ‘Chinese Mobile’.

                              I purchased DVD player thru. Home shop 18 & when it suddenly stopped functioning , I sent it for repairs to Delhi as per the instructions of their customer care division. Surprisingly till date , I have neither received my DVD player back nor any feedback.I hv evenwarned them about consumer court but till date nothing hv been done frm their side.                               My name is Bhagyashree Wankhedkar. I have purchased a Thomas and friends train of Rs. 1299/- from your site on 5th May, 2011 my order number is[protected] for which I have made the payment at the time of booking the product itself. On 9th May, 2011, I took the delivery of the product and I came to know that the Train is not battery operated.The details of the product given byHome Shop 18 on their site were insufficient. On 10th may, 2011 they refused to take the product in return saying that the product is not having Money back guarantee.                               Dear Sir,

                              I have taken a AMEKETTE Micro SD Card in the month of April, 28 2011. There were 2 4gb micro sd card which both of them were working and suddenly one of them were stopped working and called up to the customer service number and spoke with - Ashwani and he couldnt resolved the issue and than transferred the call to the Supervisor name - Nakul and given a different resolution and he was too much rude and even informed that it will replaced however need to send the old card back and than they will send the new card.
                              I informed him that there was another product - Maharaja Nano Mixer and Grinder and it was deffective product where the main lid was broken and need to get replaced and than returned back the product lid and waited alot of time period of 22 days and than there was no issues was resolved.
                              So i have informed that need to send me the new card first and than i will send the old product back and he denies and hunged up the call.

                              Is this the status of customer service that home shope18 gives to the customer. Please do take care of the issue ASAP.

                              Homeshop18 — Incorrect amount of refund

                              Hi,

                              I had placed the following orders[protected] with Homeshop18 on 1st May'2012.

                              1) Vocabulary Advantage GRE/GMAT/CAT And Other Examinations
                              2) Barrons Guide To Gmat, 16/Ed

                              The total cost for these exceeded 500/- so I was given an additional 100/- discount.

                              However, 2-3 days, I was informed that my money for the first book would be refunded as it is out of stock.
                              I was refunded 195/-. This implies that I was given only 56/- discount and wasn't given the full 100/- discount even though its not my fault.

                              I have written 4 e-mails to their helpline and every time they give the same message without understanding the email.

                              It has been a very bad experience with them and I am sure others too would face similar problems in dealing with them.

I told Him that Why This While i Purchase at that time You can't give me this detail now how can you tell me this. he Disconact the call.

                                      I again call Some Vikarant take my call He said me that you have to Purchase 3500/- Rs. for use that copun, I told him that i call first at that time your friend tell me that you have to Purchase 2500/- Rs item to use this copun Now you are telling me 3500/-Rs. I recuest him to transfer my call in Complaint Department. He transfer call a Girl take the call she also reply the same & she added that this is over term sir i told her that there is nothing like this told by ur caller how can i acceppt this term & on ur web side on payment mode you given this infomation that " if Your Copun value is grater then or equal to item value then pls select the Gift cartificat option" then how can u say this to me.

                                      I posted a complaint in April 2009, The refund has been made after I contacted the senior management. Seems the Level-1 and Level-2 customer support was not resolving it-- but the Levels above that were extremely customer friendly and they resolved the issue the very next day and refund cheque was made. I though am a frequent shopper on www.homeshop18.com and feel that the guys who are taking complaints on phone should start acting fast.                                       It is really surprising for me that a relationship team member himself commits to inform me at the same day but not replied me. More surprising thing was, after the referral of customer care team the whole relationship team not responded while it's been 3 days.

The product delivered was damaged and it was a return from a customer in Mumbai. The vendor/Homeshop has not even removed the cover from return and had just packed and sent. Placed a replacement order on April 4th itself and from that day onwards I am still waiting. Raised numerous tickets and called customer care department several times. The order was picked up only on April 21st awaiting replacement. Money was paid in full and no response from HS18 too. Issue is still not resolved . It was supposed to be delivered by May 8th now its again postponed to May 10th. Home shop 18 customer care has been bad and the call agents have no clue, they are not well trained and highly disappointing treatment from home shop 18.                                       my sister brought a product from homeshop18 on24th june 2014 . Due to defect in the product the same was shipped back... the refund was initiated but it haven&#039;t reached us yet. Multiple call were made, still no resolution. everytime i call i hear a bunch of sorry, apologies but no one is even trying to help. I feel pity on those customer who are trying to buy something from this company. The agents deny to give call to supervisor. Supervisor refuses to escalate the case... wow... i havent seen such a customer service yet. homeshop18 already has lost one loyal customer which is my sister.
                                      i hope homeshop18 does something to gain my sister&#039;s trust back. I am a very patient person i will wait for some more time. if this matter is not sorted out. i will not hesitate to use my fundamental rights i.e &quot; freedom of speech and and expression&quot; and take help of social media. People should know my story so they can be aware.

                                      Home shop 18 sucks I had ordered 36 piece container of Princeware, which came in a horrible condition on 17 th August order#[protected]. I had requested for change of the complete set of product on 18th August complaint number[protected]. I was assured the reversal pick up will be done within 48 hours, but nothing happened. After long wait I called up on 27th August, 2014 for the status, I was informed that we are issuing you discount coupons as some of the products are damaged, to which we did not agree, therefore, the complaint number was re-registered with complaint#[protected] with the same assurance the goods will be picked up within 48 hours, nothing happened. Again I called on 6th September, I was assured by a senior executive that it will picked up on Priority basis. STILL WAITING with a sub order#84458103.

                                      Is this customer service and era of e-commerce, I would advocate each of my fraternity not to buy products from HomeShop18.

                                      Please note that I had ordered one product named Pack of 4 Piece Nightwear Set from Mia by Cloe-Purple under Order No.[protected], the same was delivered on 30 August 2014, however a free item "Slipper" was not there in my order.

                                      I raised a ticket (compliant no.[protected] on the same day, the customer care executive had promised me that the slipper would be delivered before 10th Sep'14, however I am yet to get the same till date.

                                      I have called atleast 6-7 times and every time I get a fresh timeline.

                                      Please assist me in file a case against Home Shop 18 in consumer court.

                                      The story has been going since 17th August 2014, I had ordered for 36 piece containers order#[protected], those were damaged goods, I had requested for exchange and the struggle went on for a month and got the second consignment on 22nd September, those containers were in pathetic condition, all shapeless. I am requesting please refund me my money. I don't need anything from your organisation and never in my life would like to purchase anything from your website. I had posted the request in Facebook Account, emailed and also called up your customer care. I am not sure which other route is required to be followed this time to get my concern resolved.last time the Facebook Posting helped me. Hope this does not fall into deaf ears.

                                      i had purchased combo polo t shirts from home shop 18 dated 29/11/14 by credit card but the product received from home shop 18 was not up to mark.I had logged the complained on same day and according to there instruction i had send the product to home shop 18 by courier and according to our conversation on phone with costumer care executive they promised me to return all the amount including courier charges as they will received it back.
                                      Every alternate day i called them to refund my amount the home shop 18 team always promise me that i will receive call from their officer but till date i had not received any call from their side.I had also called them for adjustment but i am not getting any positive response from their side.
                                      Now i am frustrated and compelled to logged complained in consumer court.

                                      When we first day used it..the color of jars start coming out.
                                      I wrote email to homeshop18, those guys called up &amp; straight forward say No to replacement or refund.
                                      As per executive there no policy like that.
                                      I sent him picture of Jar, its color coming out on hand.

                                      I have placed a order for formal shirts with homeshop18 and it got delivered on 25th may 2015. On receiving the order, I have found that the size were inappropriate and hence requested for return and refund on the same day.On 27th they replied that it will take 3-4 working days to process the same. after 4 working days no resolution has been provided rather they said that they need 3-4 more days to work on this. After continuous follow ups they have picked up the product on 6th jun 2015.on Jun 11 I have received a mail saying that my refund has been approved and i&#039;ll receive the cheque in 2-3 business days but I didn&#039;t receive the cheque.Again on jun 15 2015 I received the similar mail saying that i&#039;ll receive the cheque in 2-3 business days, but no luck. I mailed back on june 19th 2015 about the status and they logged a request against it and kept quiet. Today, on 22nd Jun 2015 I have again mailed them and then in afternoon a young lady called me and after checking the details, she is saying that the cheque has been delivered to Hyderabad and once it will come back, then they will deliver it to my Gurgaon address. I was surprised to hear that, when I asked why have the cheque is sent to Hyderabad, she was shouting at me saying that why didn&#039;t you updated your address before the cheque dispatch. When I shouted back at her, saying that if the product is delivered and picked up from my Gurgaon address, why the cheque has been sent to Hyderabad. after that she is saying without apologizing that once cheque will come back then they will re-send to me and it will take atleast 8-10 days. I am really annoyed and really need your help on this.

                                      3rd time-"Sir I have mailed your complain to vender he will contact you today".
                                      4th time - He told I will provide Dhanbad service centre no. Go and talk to vender.

                                      But I will ask if product are home delivery then why I can go directly to vendor because I have purchased product at Homeshop18 .
                                      I didn’t get any call or solution (neither from vender nor from Relationship Team of Homeshop18).

                                      It is really surprising for me that a relationship team member himself commits to inform me at the same day but not replied me. More surprising thing was, after the referral of customer care team the whole relationship team not responded while it's been 4 days.


                                      So i am requesting to help me in replacing this faulty product.
