i placed one order to HomeShope 18 for "Kristina 14 Pcs Combo(Steel Boxes and Tin)" for Rs 1499/- on 06 Jan 2010 which was received on 11 Jan 2010 by me but while opening of parcel it has been found that the Tins and boxes are old and broken. So i registered a complaint for refund money to Homeshop 18 immediately and i got complaint no 3072957. After 4 or 5 days when i called to HomeShop 18, his executive adivsed me to send parcel to Kristina company address which is given by him and he assured me that your Product Cost+ Courier Charges will refund after receiving Parcel by Kristina Office. i immediatey went to courier service office and book one parcel to send Kristina Office address which is given by homeshop 18 executive on 21 Jan 2010. On 11 Feb 2010, i called to Homeshop 18 regarding my complaint, his executive has told me your parcel has been received successfully and we refund your money shortly but today 15 days has been passed after my last call but neither i recieved any call from their office nor any cheque regarding refund of money. Sir/Mam,
I have purchased Mobile handset from www.homeshop18.com online store (order no[protected] on dated 06Aug2014 and payment via internet banking (Rs.5940/-). In this website there is no option to cancel the order, on dated 14Aug2014 i feel it is very difficult to cancelled my order, after that they are not giving refund amount. many time I try to contact via email to customer care but no response. i call them they are saying that you will receive it in 2-3 days but till now i did not receive anything from them.

Please help me for receiving refund money from them

I had booked a
spice mobile -5915 on 18th march-2014 through my credit card (axis bank) &amp; its order no is[protected]. but due to some shortage of mobile's part, I had returned it through ARA MAX coureir DOC. no-[protected] on 8th april-2014. But yet my
refund amount is not received. I am follow up it daily but every time
your team creates new excuse &amp; this matter has been prolonged.Now I
have irritation by your every time excuse.

Lava iris X1 mobile phone order placed on 5 September 2014 and received this product 12 September 2014 but sir it mobile was defective.i calling customer care and complaint no.[protected]. I had returned above material on Dt.13.09.2014 for full refund money as per talk with homeshop18 care. As per returned policy of company, my refund money should be receive within 10 days but it was not received till date .I had talk several time with homeshop18 care people regarding the problem but they are not responding &amp; every time given commitment but it was not followed by them.dt 13 September 2014 first flight courier tracking number P[protected]. sir 19 sep.2014 Home shop18 team calling from me and telling u 7 working days u will received money refund by cheque..but sir no response at the time.i calling now custmercare 9 to 10 attempt. but sir no response and no action on the issue so pze quickly solve my problem.

we have order angel collection dress for 8 yr girls on dated 07/12/2014.order no[protected].we have collect this product on dated 10/12/2014 for 4 yr girls.we have complain to home shop 18 on dated 11/12/2014. we have send this product by maruti courier. courier no [protected]. this product received in your destination address on 22/12/2014. receiver name gajender singh. his mobile no [protected].every day we have connect to home shop 18 and same reply every day your complain in process.still no answer.

i buy a pentra tab on 21/4/14 of order no[protected] but it bust within 6 months now service center do not want to provide the service to repair this tab . indtead of warent period they want money to repair.

Myself Divya from Najafgarh. I order saree from homeshop18. Call came as I was the lucky winner of car. They gave option either I can take the car or the money. They asked 8500 for registration then again they asked 25000. I paid 8500 and then 6900 . After that no replies came. They bluffed us . HOMESHOP18 has fraud people. They fully cheated us.
