[Resolved] HomeShop18 / Karbonn Smart Tab — Faulty karbonn tablet pc delivered two times by homeshop 18 | |||
I have purchased a karbonn smart tab from homeshop18 which they delievered to me after 2 days when i tried to use it does not recognise my 3g usb (Airtel huawei e1731) dongle which i buy after seeing the supported dongle list in the product,when i contacted karbonn mobile customer support they don`t have any solution,i also visited their service centre but they also not not able to solve the problem,i called homeshop 18 for replacement they replaced the product after a period of 7 days but when i tried to use this product again the same problem faced by me,when i tried to contact homeshop 18 they do not helped me regarding this when i contacted karbonn service centre they told me that they can repair but do not replace the product. Sir i have made a payment for a brand new product ,but homeshop 18 have delivered me faulty product two times. i am not satisfied with service homeshop 18 have provide,as they have delivered the faulty product two times ,pls made arrangement so that i can get my money back.
