[Resolved] HomeShop18 - Remote Control Robosapien — Supply of a different product | |||
Order for one Remote Controlled Robosapien - Product Code:29168 was placed on 22 JUNE 2010 wide order no.[protected]. A product was delivered on 01 JULY 2010 vide Blue Dart AWB No. [protected]. As the prodcut supplied was the first generation Robosapien against second generation Robosapien V2, which is described in 'Item Description' on HS18 website, a complained through webpage was sent on 02 JULY 2010 and a also registered through toll free nos. vide complaint no. 5335362, with a request to arrange for sending of the correct product ordered, i.e. "24" tall second generation Robosapien capable of autonomous behavior with sight, sound and touch senses" and take back the wrong prodcut supplied. It has also been informed that product has not been removed from packing. I was asked to call on 06 JULY 2010, then on 07 JULY 2010 and then on 08 JULY 2010. And today, on 08 JULY 2010 have been advised to call on 12 JULY 2010 to know the status of my complaint. Th product wasto be used in a science project of my son, and donot know whether he can look forward to a successful project right now. If it takes 10 days (if at all it happens on 12 JULY 2010, as promised) just to get status on the complaint, I donot know how much time it will take to redress the complaint. I have been a regular on ebay, Indiatimes and rediff. This is the first BAD experience of online shopping. Was this information helpful? | |||
