GLITCH Service. Defect Product + Terrible service Service provided by Home Town is . I purchased TV on 10/08/2013.End of 14 August I didn’t received anything in my hand. Service and staff doesn’t support me and also the service from the PHILIPS is so glitch that I still doesn’t got any reply from them. Please don’t play with the emotions of Customer. If you don’t able to give the customer what he wants then it’s better to close the service. Once the money received from the customer your job end... This is ridiculous .
