Hometown Hyderabad — excessive delay in delivery | |||
The home took 3weeks to deliver a sofa, and when they did, they never sent a carpenter to assemble it. I had to wait another week for that and guess what the carpenter arrived without tools and screws! And the worst they wouldn't process a refund for until 45 days because it was paid by a debit card. Hometown hyderabad — horrible service
I have bought reclainer at home town- hyderabad and it was delivered late and nobody responds from hometown for fitment of that reclainer.I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM REGULARLY AND it is NOTHING BUT SHAME ON THESE hometown .I request all to avoid this HOME TOWN AT ANY COST for their substandard service.

Hometown,Hyderabad — Delay for installation
Hi,I ordered an TV wall unit from home town, hyderabad in Aug'2008. after 2 months they said the colour what i ordered is not available. they asked me to wait for some time so that they will deliver the desired colour. in the first week of Feb'2009 they delivered the wall unit (After 6 months). now the real problem started. till now (it is already one week after delivery) nobody has come to assemble the wall unit. it is just lying on the floor. very bad service. i called them repeatedly for several time. they always tell some wrong answers. very bad service. please dont go for home town.
