AS I PURCHASE HONDA ACTIVA ON LAST, FIRST NAVRATRA BUT I M FACING A BATTERY PROBLEM AND I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES FOR THAT BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR PARTICULAR PROBLEM. SUGGEST HOW CAN IT RESOLVE ASAP OR FROM MY SIDE IF ITS NOT SOLVED COMPLAINT IS LOGDED IN CONSUMER COURT. Was this information helpful? | |

AFTER SELECTING ACTIVA SCOOTER I THOUGHT BEST PRODUCT IS CHOOSEN. IT WAS MY FORGETFULLNESS. IT IS UNRELIABALE SCOOTER. AFTER ONE YEAR INTO SERVICE IT GETS DEFECTIVE FREQUENTLY. HONDA SERVICE CENTRES CONDITION IN ALL OVER INDIA IS VERY POOR. THEY HAVE NO QUALIFIED MECHANICS AND EVEN THEIR STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL OR COOPERATIVE. SERVICE /REPAIRS OF THE SCOOTER IS DONE IN A VERY CASUAL MANNER.
STARTING, BATTERY AND ENGINE PROBLEMS IS COMMON THING. ALTHOUGH HONDA ACTIVA SCOOTER HAVE LARGE SELLING IN THE MARKET BUT ONE DAY WILL COME WHEN ALL THE CUSTOMER WILL SUFFER FOR ITS PROPER REPAIR BACKUP. AS PER MANNUAL ITS AVERAGE SHOWN 65 KMPH WHEREAS IT IS GIVING AVERAGE LESS THAN 45 KMPH. IT IS ALSO A DECIEVE TO THE CUSTOMERS. CONCERNED AUTHORITY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMER FROM THESE MNC

I had purchased Honda Activa Scooter on 2nd june 2011. I am facing Battery problem continously right from start. Recently i exchanged my battery under warranty period but still its not working properly i am facing lots of problems and it does not self start hence i cannot drive my activa reply til wednesday other wise i will go to consumer court.
I am very upset with the matter. Do the needful.

I visited at shaibag Ahmadabad (Gujrat) Honda show room for booking active. They told me give, 1000/- to booking amount and it will take a time 8 to 9 month. I say ok I pay you that amount. Its one type of deposit for you for 9month so you have to pay me interest on that amount. At that time Mr. Tajendr came in this matter he is store manger of that store. As per him 500 person are given 1000/-Rs. As a deposit at our store. I reply him this is not a good thing you are using that amount (1000*500) its without interest. So you are doing money making . he reply you wont to book hear you can do otherwise door is there. I say take my chque and give me booking memo. And I ask him plz give me knowledge what booking no is going today & what my no. he told that one is confiditonl I can’t give you. I told him must have to give me knowledge of this even. He reply it’s not came in my part. I say ok . suddenly I saw EDC machine is there I told him so plz take my payment from Your EDC machine he reply you have to pay 2.5% extra charge for this. I told him so plz take it if you are not give me any interest and you asking change of EDC machine using. Suddenly he told me I am not going to book you active hear I say why ? he told me you asking us so many question right now. you waist our morning now . They don’t book it so what should I have to do plz give us knowledge.

Honda Activa — no proper work
from the date of purchase my activa is not working properly , as a girl i m really facing a trouble with my activa .many times i hv taken my activa TO SERVICE CENTER but they are to not able resolve my problem . what should i do ? please take a serious measure plzzzzzz...........don't persuade me to go to consumer court .29%

Sir,
I want complaint against ACTIVA service Center "Malva Honda" located in Okhla Ph II. I am giving my scooter regularly for servicing in this service center But they did not service any scooter properly. After every servicing I have to go again once or twice for complaint of servicing & after every servicing scooter shows new problem. Now after 1.5 year scooter have many problem & This service center most time have not any parts. that's why we feel uncomfortably.
So please take some good & tough action toward this Service center to make it better Or close this type of service center which makes problem in bikes in stead of give proper maintenance.
