Honda Car India — Defective tyres

Issue on hand:

A problem which started from the day I bought the car.

The alignment of the car was not proper and the car would pull to the left or the right each time it “ supposedly set right” by the dealer.

Further enhanced by the diagnosis and trials conducted by the company dealership on time to time and regular service intervals and in between the service intervals.

As the problem did not get resolved Bridgestone moved into the picture on my insistence to the dealer of Honda to do the needful and replace the tyres.

Cost to customer:

Harassment at the hands of the dealer and the OEM

Defective tyres , OEM says none of “their” business.( That is for the Honda and Bridgestone slug out to decide who is wrong or right)

Running around windows, here between Dealer, Honda and Bridgestone ( a typical made in India concept).

OEM Bridgestone says:

We are clean and nothing to do “you take this up with Honda” ( mail trail below gives you a fair idea of the whole issue at large and the categorical remark)

They will not take-up with the dealer “you the customer” has to take it up , they will then take with Bridgestone......................

Honda says: SORRY WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING WHEN IT IS THIER DEALER FAULT IN NOT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE CORRECTLY.

PLEASE BEWARE OF HONDA THEY DUPE CUSTOMERS BY FIRST SELLING AND THEN NOT SERVICING THEM.

I SEEK A REPLACEMENT OF THE TYRES ON AN URGENT BASIS.

I have taken HONDA CITY recently on 1st of Sep. 2011.
I felt very bad experience on quality of parts within a week time I found bubble on front side Tyre which is Mechelin make Tyre's.
I have claimed complaint against and asked for replacement of Tyre.

Three times I have send vehicle to Honda show room from Sinner to Nashik.
Today I come to know that as per Mechelin this is due to uneven road shock to the Tyre.
How poor quality is this Tyre which Honda to giving to the customers?
At the time of receipt on 1st Sept. I found small bubble on Tyre which I have not complaint considering this is very small and unseen it.
After few days bubble started increasing and then the story started.

I request Honda to help me in replacement of this defective quality Tyre this will help Honda for Future customers relations.
