[Resolved]  Honda Civic — Harassment for Purchasing a Piece of Junk

I purchased Top model of Honda Civic Car for around 12.5 lacs on 18th June, 2008 from Honda’s authorized dealer M/s Harmony Honda, Chandigarh. The shockers of the car are not working properly due to the manufacturing defect or defect in the shockers. It is pertinent to state that this car is meant for five passengers including driver. Whenever five passengers sit in the car even without luggage, the rear tyres start touching the body of car resulting into damage to the body as well as tyres of the car. I approached authorized dealers of Honda at Chandigarh M/s Harmony Honda and Prestige Honda many times for this defect, but every time a simple reply is given by them i.e. “This is due to defect in the designing of the car or due to manufacturing defect” and they show their helplessness in this regard.

If companies like Honda can produce such expensive pieces of junk its really a shame for Honda. Please everyone beware of this car. Buy a bullock cart rather than buying Honda Civic.

Honda — Manufacturing defect on body

While taking delivery of Honda made Aviator two wheeler, observed defects in the body of the scooter. The personnel at Showroom informed that the same will be attended at Service Centre. However on requesting the Service Centre, they informed that the part cannot be rectified.
