I bought Honda Civic on 26th September, 2006 and have been facing problems in the car from day one. My car has had the following problems 1. Left hand pulling problem reported 8 times 2. All tyres changed 4 times 3. Wiper blades changed 4 times 4. Jerks problem reported 3 times 5. Brake Noise reported 3 times 6. Horn adjusted 2 times 7. Gears adjusted 2 times 8. Suspension adjusted 2 times 9. Arm rest got jammed 1 time 10. Glass channel changed 1 time 11. Pulley and Belt changed 1 time I have asked honda for replacement of the car but they are refusing for anything. please let me know the procedure to fight this case in the consumer court so that i can get justice. Whenever I go to the concern officer regarding the problem which I am facing in my car, they are making excuse one predict to other office pocession in your Ringroad Honda sec-18. do not treat the consumer with respect many times. I bought a new honda civic car from automax honda new delhi. on 25 september 2010 as per their terms and in good faith to have an insurance of 51401/- . instead they gave me a cover note of 32874/-. inspite of my huge efforts made for this complaint to dealer as well as to the company.There has not been taken any remedial actions on their behalf for the same.
HONDA CIVIC — Pathetic after sales
We purchased a Honda Civic in January 2008 from one Mr Anup of Rushabh Honda. However till date we have not received the registration book and other documents of the car. it has been now almost 10 months and there is no response from either of the parties involved. in fact i also complained to Honda Customer Service but to no vail. They said Rushabh Honda will call you but till date my problem remains unresolved. In fact my past experience with maruti and hyundai is excellent. i think we made a mistake by buying a honda.
