Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. — Mechanically deficient/ deficient service by their auth. dealer R.R.Honda Peera Garhi.

Dear Sir,
I purchased Honda City ZXI in 2008 through their Dealer R.R.Honda Rohtak Rd. Peeragarhi, Delhi-41.
The car started problem when done 2000km,but was asked to wait till 3rd. service is due when detailed checking is done & any defect so apparent will be rectified. The problem in the shape of more fuel consuption, less pick-up was raised, during 3rd. service but was given to understand that every thing has been set right.
There being less distance to cover on every day basis , issue though raised every time with the service provider but was not taken up with Honda Siel cars as never anticipated to be a defective car sold to me . The time kept on passing when the matter was again took-up with R.R.Honda during paid service. They kept on charging & I paid them without care of whether covered or not in the said warranty . Finally when the issue was highlighted on the job opening card ,it was assured to look into the same in detail, as according to them the car is checked on every service and in case found defecient on any account, is attended to then only, but on my insistence agreed to check again.
After appointment I went to R.R.Honda peeragarhi on18th. aug. 2010 and told them the about the same problem of pick-uk & mileage & also that some time after running for 7-8 km if stopped & restart , takes some time.The car was taken over at 8.30 AM with the assurance to be delivered by 2'00 clock. At 4'00clock I was informed , being available there in the showroom cum workshop, that car is ready for delivery.
I raised the same issue again and on checking found the same problem persisting. The management changed the 'Battery on pretext that Honda gives warranty for one year only for new cars, as per Mr. Javed who handled my car on that day.when asked about the same persisting prolem, they told me to over haul the Clutch. This was so upsetting that I had to take up the issue with their Customer Relations manager Ms. Priyanka Sharma , but in the absence o[censored]nable to resolve the issue, took up with Mr. Anil Girdher V.P.as per details given by Ms. Sharma, who was at Gurgaon at that time & gave him all detais I/C that I have been made to sit here since 8.30 Am till 4.30 Pm.He told me look into my complaint and resolve before delivery of of car assured on 21st. by 12.00 noon.
Instead of resolution of issue, I am being asked whether I can take back my car back , since they do not have the Pressure Plate with them & may take some time acquiring the same from Honda Siel cars.
My car has done just 14000Km by now & I had the experience of driving 5cars with more than 30 yrs. serving as an officer of the Govt. and never found such a bad performing car, as of 5-cars 4 were new cars .
In view of above , I would request " Honda Siel Cars " to issue directios to R R Honda for necessary action.A letter has also been sent to Mr,Girdher with copy for action to Honda Siel cars.
