Honda2Wheelers India — no delivery after taking full payment

Dear Sir,
I had booked honda activa vehicle with their dealer om sai honda in mumbai.
I have made 100% payment full payment to the dealer 8 weeks ago.
Till today the dealer and the company have not give the delivery of the vehicle .
The company is using my hard earned money interest free and i am suffering mental trauma and monetory loss.
Please request the company to compensate me by giving delivery of vehicl and also interest and penalty forr late delivery.
