I purchased a Scratchgard 56N5310 from Hotspots Retails Ltd, Shop No. 5, Shubham Tower, Plot No. 69 -7, Neelam Bata Road, NIT Faridabad, Haryana with Invoice No.[protected] dated 01/09/2008.

Now after two months of purchase, the screen protection sheet automaticaly removed from my Mobile and misplaced, and I don't know how it happened. So when I went to the above Retail Store as it is in a One year Warranty period, the Salesman refused to attend my complaint and asked me to bring the screen protection Gaurd first.

If the screen protection gard is removed itself from the Mobile and lost somewhere then how I will present the same to them. And if it is under One year Warranty, how it get off from my Mobile within two months. So, I request you to return my money back or give me the solution because now my Mobile have no Guard on the screen and if any scratches now appears on it then I will claim from Hot Spots Retails Ltd.

I purchased a spice mobile -S 650 from one of the hotspot franchise for Rs-3000/ and when i enquired the price of the same mobile from the other hotspot franchise i found a difference of Rs-400/.
So i need a clarification from your side that why their is a difference????

I have purchased a mobile of Sony Ericssion K200i on date 22/03/2009 from Hotspot Retail Ltd. F-14/16, Model Town 2nd new delhi customer id [protected] Billing for Sunil Kumar Rs. 2600/-.I found the market price of same mobile is less then from your store.in the Mobile store price of the same mobile is Rs.1979/- i found a difference of Rs-621/-
So i need a clarification from your side that why their is a difference????

hello frnd's i just wana tell u that all the hot spot stores r looting the consumer's . coz on the rate's they r selling there products r extreamly high then hte other local market n in sm cases i hv personaly experinced that the hot spot r selling refurbeished set's also. so i req u ppl out there to stop going this store n better look out for other stores i[censored] wana hv value o[censored]r hard earned money.

achha ho gaya bhai tumne muze pahale hi jaga diya. ab mai kabhi hot spot se mobile purchase nahi karunga aur apne dosto ko bhi bataunga.

i b s nagarajaswamy residing in bangalore want to purchase spice mobile model No. D 90. but it is not available in gandhibazaar, hanumanthanagar, ghandhinagar & double road branches. please make arrangement to supply the model No. D 90

I have purchased a mobile of Samsung c6625 on date 13/12/09 from Hotspot Mobile store Location: Model Town189, Model Town, Channi Complex, Shop No. 3, Jalandhar, Punjab - 144003 Contact:[protected], [protected] Billing for Indra Kumar Jhariya Rs. 11800/-.I found the market price of same mobile is less then from your store.in the mobile.sulekha.com and mobile point of the same mobile is Rs10865/- i found a difference of Rs-1000/- and the bill they was given is not net printed and it like a fake bill
So i need a clarification from your side that why their is a difference????

I have purchased a mobile of SONY ERICSON NAITE on date 10/07/10 from Hotspot Mobile store Location HYDERABAD HIMAYATH NAGAR, I found the market price of same mobile is less then from your store.in the Universal mobiles this price 5769/- but in your store this price 5900/-
So i need a clarification from your side that why their is a difference????

ANY SALESMAN AND STORE MANAGER NOT ISSUE THE DUPLICATE BILL.
I THINK HOT SPOT MOBILE STORE IS FAKE COMPANY AND NOT ANY SERVICE BY HIM OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE.
ESPECIALLY FUN REPUBLICE STORE.
