Dear sir, I am MD.REYAZUDDIN, very sorry to inform you that hp's is just remain a name not a good product from HP/COMPAQ...I have purchased a HP Compaq Laptop (620)From UNITEL Asansol ,Westbengal ,(INDIA). on DATED 10-05.2010.and the sme day Touch pad not functiooning properly. i have press hardly. and also the card reader is not working . I dont know what to do. within same day how this problem coming in laptops. in india all laptops brands having hardware/ software problems. i dont know but sombody has look over this.In this way I within next day I had to send my laptop to the service center. Compaq/ Laptop — CD ROM NOT WORKING
CD ROM IS NOT WORKING . IF A DISC IS INSERTED IN THE DRIVE IT CAN'T BE READ.A MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED LIKE PLEASE INSERT THE DISC IN DRIVE. PLEASE HELP ME FOR CHANGING THE CD ROM. THANKING U.

I am Shivanand, very sorry to inform you that hp's is loosing its quality . I have purchased a HP Compaq Laptop (620)From ANANDIT INFOTECH SP ROAD BANGALORE INDIA. on DATED[protected]. After installing XP and web cam drivers the system is not shuttingdown and also my cd driver is making very noise, with these problems when i went to service center MAHA Electronics Indranagar Bangalore, they are not able to reduce noise of cd drive and also not ready to replace drive or the system itself.so please suggest what should i do through my id [protected]@gmail.com

compaq 620 driver
Can nayone tell me the cure for one new problem in my new Cpomapaq 620 notebook - thst when i am pressing single alphabet like s a e d x k l i j m p etc., only that is typing on teh screen.But whenever i am pesiing the same alphabets with shift key being pressed alongwith, capital alphabets of teh same with a combination of other alphabets is coming.can someone guide remedy to me please.

Hp India — hinge problem

compaq notebook — new notebook hardware problem
this is ravindra mundada from nashik, i purchased a laptop in the month of feb from one of the dealer in nashik named, Hi-Tech Computers, after 1 month i came to know that the modem installed was not in working condition, i surrendered my laptop on 30/3/2008, and till date the dealer is giving me false reply everynow and then. i humbly request you to look into this matter urgently. i was assured for product replacement in case of any complaints within 6 months.i appeal to the company to look into this matter immediately or else i will have to knock the doors of appropriate court of law.ravindra mundada.
