[Resolved] Hp Gas — Asking for Ration Card | |
Dear Sir, I have been the customer of HP past more than 3 yrs. I am working with Sun pharmaceutical industries limited. I had become the customer from maharastra. In July 2007, I was transfered to vadodara and the same was regularised in vadodara office. I had already received the gas from vadodara office. Now, recently when I was asking for booking gas cylinder, the lady is asking for Ration Card or Affidafid. I tell her i providing with discussing with advocate, but she force on the format available at branch and timing is 10:00 to 05:00 PM. My job in private company and presently i've not leave and time is too odd. They do not register the request for refilling without papers. I want to know about the logic of ration card, if i've already provide the transfer letter, company letter for address proof, as it is transfer case, why ration card is required and as supportive following supportive also to be provide to HP gas like address proof (license), identity card of election commission. I just want to know, what all is going. Why should I need to deposit the documents now. It's just frustrating when we hear such things. Please clarify. In June 2007 I was transfered to Chennai and the same was regularised in Chennai offfice. I had already received the gas from Chennai office. Nowrecently when I was asking for refilling my empty gas cylinders, the person are asking for Ration Card or NOC from Civil supplies.
I just want to know, what all is going on in your department. Why should I need to deposit the documents now. It's just frustrating when we hear such things. Please clarify.

HP Gas — Asking for Empty cylinder while refill

We have a booking office at place called Modasa, Dist. Sabarkantha & they have appointed a delivery point place called Dhansura. Now while booking for refill of the cylinder, man at delivery point asking for empty cylinder. (Instead of while delivery)
Because of that, we have to pay transportation cost for twice (once for empty cylinder & again while taking delivery), Please advice me what I need to do.
Also I would like to that up to how much kilometer they have to provide home delivery or from where can I access the contract agreement copy for distributor.
As we are coming from the interior village we are facing tremendous issue of transportation.

I am living in Surat . I have Indian gas( ujjawal gas service 26 lb apartment ringroad Surat botal within 4 years, today i try for botol refilling, manager want rashan card of Surat, but have rashan card from Baroda, so i need information how i transfer rashan card from Baroda to Surat. Is it possible .
I really agree that the services are really poor. I don't think its showing even a single sign of developing nation with such bad firms.. I was calling HP gas for the past one week and the no. was busy all the time.. Today I called at 9 am in the morning and the person spoke very rudely like he's the king of the nation... All such people must be suspended from such firms.. Thats the one of the major reason our country is really going down because of absurd people like them.. Once they say, you will get your gas withing 2 days.. then they say in 5 days and so on.. if you'll ask the stoker going in the streets and that too of HP gas.. they will be ready to give you gas in black anytime you want.. but if you want to get it legal.. they will never ever give you on time.. I am not going to write the gas agency's location because there are hell lot no. of such govt. firms in India and writing here will not work out as per my knowledge... its just a site so that you can expel your frustration but you will not get any solutions as many of my friends has already tried doing it here.. BUT NO SOLUTIONS...

HP Gas — POOR DELIVERY AS WELL AS BAD RESPONSE
NAME OF THE AGENCY: DUNLOP FACTORY CONSUMER'S CO-OPERATIVE STORES LTD. PH. NO.[protected]1. NO CONSUMER CARE NO.
2. NOT TAKING BOOKING BEFORE 21 DAYS AFTER LAST DELIVERY.
3. NOT ATTENDING TELEPHONE CALL.
4. NOT GIVING RESPONSE AGAINST BOOKING BY ALL INDIA GAS BOOKING NO:1716
5. MY LAST DELIVERY WAS ON 27.12.2007, ON 9.1.2008 THEY HAVE REFUSE TO BOOK THE GAS, LASTLY THEY HAVE BOOKED ON 17.1.08 .
ON 23.1.08 PERSONALLY I HAVE REACHED AT THE DISTRIBUTORS POINT WITH ONE EMPTY CYLINDER BUT THEY HAVE REFUSE TO ATTENED MYSELF.
TILL TODAY 25.1.2008 WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFILLED CYLINDER.
6. MY CONSUMPTION OF GAS : 16 DAYS APPX./CYLINDER.
7. AT PRESENT WHAT TO DO?
