[Resolved] Hp / Laptop — no after sales service | |
my name is kamal arora, I am a student in amity business school, noida, I have got the hp laptop from the college and i have given it to the co, on 2nd of december to get it repaired but since then i dont have any status of it, i have called the co, 100 of times but they have shown a careless behaviour and they even didnt bother to reply once. repairing on the date 20 oct 2009 as my explorer was corrupted as said by =
the service center in agra( opp sur sadan, sanjay palace).
Its been almost a month and the service center employees are postponing the=
delivery day by day.
My laptop is well in the warranty period and the warranty is going to expir=
e on 18 january 2010.
i would kindly request your probing into the above mentioned matter to avoi=
d further testing of my patience.
