I have purchased Compaq Presario C702 Notebook from the hp dealer with the assurance that after filling some requirements ( i.e. sending the draft of rs.350/-in favor of integrated solutions pvt ltd, along with the photocopy of the original invoice and Bar coded product serial number sticker original ).we can get the gift Web Camera + Headset
I have sent these on dated October 26th and confirmed through currier that these doc. Received yours office on 27th oct., 07,
But I have not receiving any response
And any reply
So please confirm me when I will get my gift

I have sent a copy of reseller purchase invoice of the eligible system, Barcoded product serial number sticker[ORIGINAL], DD OF Rs 200 to HP redemption cell, New Delhi on 15 September 2007. But I have not received the gift yet.

about one and half month ago i bought compaq presario laptop. while trying to update the window im getting the notification that the window is not genuin and you may be a victim of software couterfeiting.

I had purchased the set in the month of november 2007 before diwali on 5th of november as my purchase bill copy is there with the documents sent to you.And at that time the redemption gift was headphones & web camera.

I bought a laptop of model v3424AU with windows vista. and i had an offer that i will be getting a headset and a web-camera as free.
I applied for headset and web-camera redemption offer on 26th of October 2007 with all the necessary documents plus 350 rs/- demand draft in favour of solutions integrated marketing services limited newdelhi reached on November 2 or 3rd of 2007.

I got confirmation of my headset and web-camera from Hp Redemption cell newdelhi in 10 days time through an acknoledgement letter.


After that i have keep on calling from November onwards for getting my redemption offer, but yet i didn't receive my redemption offer headset and web-camera, its almost around 5 months got over. when ever i am calling them, they are saying that i will be getting the gift within 7-8 days. I think it seems to be a fraud. Because even they are not providing the right information.

I had purchased compaq presario laptop model no.CQ40-108TU and serial no.CND8453C72. In this purchase there was aprovision of a gift of a digital camera .I have registered my digital camera on HP redemption cell. i registered from e mail ID sharma.[protected]@yahoo.com. my red code is 1R9k6R2GCG. I have also submitted a demand draft of Rs. 1299 from ICICI bank. the draft no is "136554"[protected]: 019602" 29 on 8-2-2009 HP redemption cell it was comfirmed that it had been reached at april 8, 2009.
But my gift has not reached to me yet.So please send my gift soon.

the main aim of my complaint is that i have not received any gift item on purchasing the product compaq presario laptop model no. cq40-108TU s|no. cnd8453j62, on 13th of feb, 2009, from krishna sales corp. in bhagalpur, bihar. the e-mail id of the shop is [protected]@rediffmail.com . i dont know whether there was any gift item on the model.please help me out of this problem.

i had applied for home theatre in feb 09 with all the details but still i had not recd the gift from hp.

Bought a Desktop from HP/ Compaq applied for the gift with Rs 1000 DD with all necessary document the name of the offer was NOW OR NEVER . I applied for a printer and ups with a redemption code / Refrence Number -- 87490 but only got the UPS . Its very unfortunate from HP and have not excepted such a fraud .
