[Resolved]  Hp Laptop — gift redemption

I had purchased compaq laptop model no.C702TU and serial no.CND7320TU. In this purchase there was aprovision of a gift of a webcam & a headphone.I have registered my laptop on HP redemption cell and my redemption code is K1T9A31MDK. I have also submitted a demand draft of Rs. 350 and from HP redemption cell it was comfirmed that it had been reached at Jan 3, 2008.
But my gift has not reached to me yet.So please send my ift soon.

I have purchased a compaq lap. but I have not get any type of gift with your company.Plz. give me the resoponse for the next time.

This is to submit that we had purchased 1318 Tu Hp Laptop from ur. HP outlet at Indiranagar, Bangalore in the month of July 2009. After purchase of the same, we were asked to send DD for Rs. 1,299.00 for the said gift. I guess it was under the Student Plan. We were also promised that the gift would reach us within a maximum time of 1 month or so. Two months have elapsed, but there has been no communication of the same from your end. This afternoon, i.e. on 9.9.09, I called up Customer Care Executive, he asked for my mobile no. and so unethically disconnected the call and has not come back to me. Hence, please treat this as urgent and let us know immediately about the status of the redemption scheme. The DD in the name of Innovative Incentives & Event Pvt. Ltd. was sent to you on 28.7.09 for an amount of Rs. 1,299.00. Request to please take action at the earliest.

kind attention : Ms MEGHA./Ms. NISHA..... Order Executive of INDIATODAYBOOKCLUB who committed regrading the Offer/Freegift along with the KODAK digi Camera 9.2 MP while contacted me by phone on 31/10/2009.

Finally today ie. on 24/11/09 at 5.00 pm , I received KODAK DIGITAL CAMERA 9.2 MP vide order no, oGB09003323 Ooder Date 31/10/2009, Invoice no. ORB09003113/invoice date 18-Nov-2009 member ship no. ITBC09143299.

I have received only camera and following items were missing in the package

1. 4 gb memory card, Battery charger and camera pouch as committed me on by Ms. Megha , oder executive of TODAYBOOK CLUB.

2. Offer of fholiday pakage and free travelling Air ticket for couple and a child was missing in the said package.

Kindly look into the mater and send the otehr missing item(s) /offer & free gift as comitted by ur odere executive miss Megha .

This is to submit that we had purchased Dv4-1240TX Hp Laptop from ur. HP outlet at LAPTOPS, Patna in the month of Feb 2009. After purchase of the same, we were asked to send DD for Rs. 1, 499.00 for the said gift. I recevie my gift( philips home theatre) after lot of time.but instantaly stop working then i went to service centre of philips.they didn't recevie my home theatre due to no any warranty/service document given to me from HP company india.I called up Customer Care Executive, he asked for my mobile no. and so unethically disconnected the call and so i reqest to give me document immediatly or help me to accomodate my services.Request to please take action at the earliest.
