[Resolved] HP Pavilion DV5 - 1104TU — Failed to provide gift redemption | |
Hi, I am Shashikant Sangle, I bought a HP laptop (DV5-1104TU) on 22nd February, 2009 from Vijay Sales - Goregaon Br, Mumbai. As per the ongoing HP offer I sent all the required documents(ie Copy of Purchase invoice and Bar Coded product serial number sticker (original)) alongwith the at par cheque no.028228 (HDFC Bank) of Rs.1299/- payable to "Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd." on 27th February, 2009 to HP Redemption Cell. The cheque is already cleared by the bank. Till date I have not received any confirmation even after several follow-up emails for gift redemption status. Can you please let me know the status of my gift redemption?? HP PAVILION dv5-1104tu — Non receipt of gift on purchage of HP Computer.
Dear Sir,My redemption code is OMS4ISLH4U. I have purchage the HP Pavilion laptop DV5-1104TU and there after i have sent the Bank Draft for Rs. 1499. But after a 3 Months I am unable to receive any responce from your end. I have purchage the same on 14.02.2009 from your dealer M/S Agarwal Computer, Power House Road Katihar, 854105.
Please look in to the matter & supply me as per terms & condition.
