HP Pavilion Notebook — Service not provided what i wanted | |
Res, Consumer Forum, i have a Hp Pavilion Notebook, model no Dv 2601 Tx s/n 2ce7352vgb p/n gs117pa#acj i have bought this notebook from bhopal in the year 2007, and during march 2009 i have bought a 2year service extension pack from bhopal Hp Notebook service centre, and i have paid for the 2 year service pack but they have only provided me a service pack of one year only and i have complaint don't know many a time to them about this problem but they haven't done anything regarding this, and i don't know what to do next....
