Hp / hp pavilion notebook — didn't get my free gift of worth 9000 for 11 months from the date of purchase

Dear Sir
I want to inform u that I didn't get my free gifts KODAK Camera and one year extended warranty promissed by the dealer and by hp , its all around 11 months. I have send dd (DDNo.- 702752) of rs. 990 to HP redumption cell on Date- 4- dec- 2008.

After complaining and reminding so many times to the dealer and to the company i didnt get any positive response from them. Being harressed i have come to you for help and guidance...

HP REDEMPTION GIFT — not received my HP redemption gift - Home Theatre

On purchasing Lap top, as per scheme I was to get a digitial camera on sending RS. 1299/- (postage etc.). After sending DD no 81913777 dated 12/3/2009 for Rs. 1299/- and on inquiry I was told that I am not eligible for Camera, and I will be eligible for Home theatre for which I will have to send another DD for rs. 1499/-

so I sent another DD for 1499/- DD 432894 dated 4/5/2009

Later on inquiry I was told that this 2nd DD will not do, I will have to send another DD for the difference amount - i.e. Rs. 200/- which I sent, DD no. 432831 dated 18/5/2009

Since then I am yet to receive the Home Theatre. ( In the meantime I received the Rs. 200/- DD returned vide HP letter dated 10/6/2009 saying that this is an extra amount.)

I have been following up till date and every time a different person picks up - Anubhav, Nisha, Parul, Shivdutt etc. and inform that the item is out of stock, or they tell me to check back after a given date. this is going on and no dispatch is yet made.

This scheme is a fraud and others should be aware of this and take care not to fall for this.

I had purchased a Laptop from HP centre at Mira Road- i.e. Service Plus and was told I am eligible for free gift as per HP scheme. I am Ravi Kumar purchases HP Laptop on 25th Dec, 09 at that time there was a scheme of 22’’ LCD TV of Videocon available with purchase of HP Laptop on payment of Rs.8000/-*.
For this gift I had submitted online request on 27th Dec’09 and confirmation for the same was received on the same day with redemption code # 1E2NXE030N. In response of your mail I had submitted DD of Rs.9000/- (DD # 232540 dated 30th Dec’09 from ICICI bank) along with Serial number of HP Laptop ((S) CND94630QC), photo copy of the bill and ID proof through courier.
For confirmation you send me a mail to my ID ([protected]@gmail.com) that you had received my DD and details on 5th Jan’10 and you will deliver my gift within 8 weeks.
Apart from that I had also visited personally to your office on 2nd Mar’2010 and meet there with Mr Sumit and he told me to weight for last date which was 5th Mar’2010 reflecting on his system.
Now the time period of 8 week was expired with last date 5th Mar’2010 without delivery of my gift.
