OUR PRINTER IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST ONE MONTH, WE TRIED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT FIVE TIMES AT TOLL FREE NO.BUT EVERY TIME COMPLAINT IS CLOSED WITHOUT ANY ACTION.WE EVEN SENT E-MAILS TO HP REGARDIN G THIS, BUT STILL NO ACTION.WE HAVE ALREADY PAID Rs.10200 to HP FOR CARE PACK AND COST OF PRINTER WAS 50, 000.WHEN HP CANNOT PROVIDE SUPPORT THEN WHY DO THEY SELL CARE PACKS.WE ARE GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST HP FOR UNION BNAK OF INDIA's Printer.

HP PSC 1315 — no proper response by service center

I have hp psc 1315 under extended waranty. i visited the gurgaon (old dlf colony) hp service center and shown them my waranty certificate. I told them about my problem that it is not printing properly e.g. i am not getting perfect black prints even after using original cartridge, printer shows strips during colour prints and the big problem is that i an not able to print those page which contains simple line borders. I gave them the examples of these prints. After that they tried to remove my problems and called my collect the printer but after comming to home i faced the same problems. Then i visited the center 3/4 times but every time i faced the same problem whereas acc. to them the printer is o.k. i requested them to remove my problems or give me any other printer. But they are not co-operating me.

we have purchased one hp projet printer 7580 on 28.11.2007.after 10 months we had a problem in the printer and it had been rectified after 2 months.within 15days we had the same complaint get repeated.from that date we are not able to get any proper response from the service center.it is pathetic for us to lose so much of money for a printer in a single year.if the company is not able to do the service then they shouldnot sell any products.otherwise they should replace it with another one.

hp laserjet printer 3050 — not satisfied with services of hp

I HAVE PURCHASED HP LASERJET PRINTER IN THE MONTH OF NOV-08 AND SINCE LAST THREE MONTHS THE PRINTER IS LYING WITH YOUR SERVICE CENTER. I STAYED AROUND 65 KMS FROM YOUR SERVICE STATION BUT I HAVE VISTED MORE THAN 50 TIMES FOR MY PRINTER BUT DUE TO FAULT OF YOUR DEALEAR AS HIS PARTS HAVE BEEN SEAZED BY THE SALES TAX DEPTT. FOR NN PAYMENT OF TAXES. AND YOUR DEALER IS NOT RESPONDING TO ME. NOW I M FEELING THAT HP IS DOING BLUNDER WITH US FOR THE SAME. THE SERVICES ARE SO SLOW AND NON SENSE THAT U CANOT IMAGINE IF HP CANNOT SOLVE MY PROB. THEN THEY SHOULD REPLACE MY PRODUCT AT THE EALIST AS I HAVE BEEN SUFERING FOR THE SAME FOR THE LAST THREE MOONTHS
I bought a HP Printer .As soon as the ink finished I purchased the original Carterage bearing no 49&20 it leaaked in the printer .I lodgd my complaint on phone and e-mail and complaint no is [protected], now it is more than 6 months my complaint is not redreesed till date and I am now thinking tom sue them for poor customer service and feed back to customer and making fool of customers in India by supplying at high cost the carterages.I am happy that a local company is supplying good quality carterages and I have used it at half the cost as compared to HP AND IT IS WORKING FINE.HP IS CHEATING INDIAN CUSTOMERS AS THEY KNOW IN INDIA LAWS ARE WEAK TO PUNISH SUCH MULTINATIONALS.
I purchased hp deskjet F 4288 on 9th October. I am a retired person and seldom use this printer. All off sudden it went out of order just one day after expiry of warrant. I wonder the company has not provided any contact number in Delhi for customers to seek thheir technical support in case of need. A simple person is made to log on on serveral sites which are not clear and understanable by the ordinary person. If I am facing a problem just for not able to reach the company to help me I am bound to seek the services o[censored]nauthorised people who may harm my system n their vested inerests.
IF A COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE SUPPORT TO ITS CUSTOMERS IT IS LIKELY TO SEE THE DOOMS DAYS.
I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO GO FOR ANY PRODUCT OF HP AND ALSO ADVISING MY ALL NEARS AND DEARS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY WHOSE TOLL FREE NUMERBER IS JUST FOR BEFOOLING A PERSON AND WHO DO NOT PROVIDE ANY DIRECT CONTACT NO. OR E. MAIL ADDRESS FOR LODGING COMPLAINTS FOR INDIVISUAL CUSTOMERS. PERHAPS THE CO. IN VERY BUSSY IN THE CIRCLE OF HIS CORPORATE CUSTOMERS. IF AN INDIVISUAL IS IGNORED YOUR CORPATE SHALL ALSO BE ADVERSELY AFFECTED BECAUSE IT IS AN INDIVISUAL ONE WHO TAKES CARE OF CORPORATES ALSO.

I'm mani from circor flow technology, We have a laserjet M3027xMFP, it's connected through network, & then we are map that printer to all system. Now we can't get the scanning file from that printer to any one laptop, & then we can't delete the scanning file from any one desktop.I had tried to updated the driver in all systems & laptop.But still now the problem is not solved.What we do for solve this problem.Pls advice me.

HP Printer — bad warranty service

my name is Ajay k. Duva from jam raval dist jamnager state gujarat.
last year i had purchased a PRIENTER OF HP COMPANY.
Last 20th june it has not worked properly so i send it to jamnagar base HP SERVICE STATION With complain no. [protected] and told me that my prienter will be repaired in 10 days. so after 10 days i called them in phone no[protected] , from there one man named ASHWINBHAI talk with me , he answered in ROUGH LANGUAGE IMPOLITE WORDS instead of give me right information about my PRIENTER. He also demanded some rupees from me so i asked reason for RUPEES . He cut my phone and don't gave me right information about my prienter.

I have a HP printer 3050 desk jet all in one. It is out of warranty and is not functioning properly (it's about 2 years old) . The HP call Center does not provide any support for out of warranty printers. They advised me to contact the HP Repair Centres in Delhi. However most of theses centres do to have valid phone numbers. The 1-2 centres I managed to contact said they did not take care of out of warranty products.

Please advise. My question is that is HP expecting people to use products that have a shelf life of only 1 year? When something goes wrong after 1 year what is the support mechanism?
