HSBC Bank — For Waiver

Dear Sir / Mam,
I have a HSBC credit card.Ma card number is [protected].Myself Sapanraj Sen.
when his executive gve me this card.She said me that their is no charge.This is life time free card.After that whn i gt ur first statment i found that their is a amount dr. in my credit card.i called HSBC custmor care and i said him that i dn't want to continue this life insurance.He/she said me okie sir dn't pay this amount we will waiver this amount and cancel ur insurance policy.after that next statment i gt again this charges with late payment fee and intrest.Again i called HSBC CCR again that response.After a month again i gt this payment with late fee.Again i called and again same reponse.Now i haven't that much time that i come a surender that card and called u again n again n again.This is the reason that i m nt using HSBC card.I m fed up with HSBC services and all.now u say what should i done.


Hope u will gve me a proper ans.
