[Resolved]  HSBC Bank Credit Card — After Settlement the account bill receiving continuous.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Myself Babu Ram. I had one credit card of HSBC Bank no is - [protected]. My Billing Address is - F/18, S.G.M. Nagar, Near Patel Chowk, N.I.T. Faridabad.

Due to some abnormal circumstances, I had Settlement my credit card on dated 14/04/2007.(SettlementLetter Ref.no- FFS/NI/NDIH/NOW/CPD/14042007/RA dt. 14/04/2007) The settlement amount was Rs. 15000/- and said payment is made on or before 30th July, 07 in 4 installment(s) as scheduled below.

April, 2007 INR 3750/-
May, 2007 INR 3750/-
June, 2007 INR 3750/-
July, 2007 INR 3750/-

Based on above details, I had given first payment Rs. 3750/- Cash (receipt no. 1803363 ) on dated 15/04/2007.

I had deposited balance amount which Rs. 11250/- in HSBC bank in South Extension- Delhi Branch on dated 22/06/2007. ( Br: 053 P725 Ref: STX3 - 00122 )

So I have Paid full amount Rs. 15000/- within given time period by HSBC Bank. But I regret to inform you that till date we have not received N O C., I am receiving continuous bill from HSBC Bank. Now they had given me the bill for Rs. 22000/- I had given so many calls or mails in HSBC Bank and collection deptt. But result is ZERO.

Now i am under depression and not satisfy with HSBC bank service. We are requesting you to help out me from this situation..

my credit card no[protected], after settlement in the year of 2007 still Iam receiving bill . more over my card was LIFE TIME FREE card the amount RS 2232.69 has cropped up from ZERO balance . I once again request u to kindly treat the card as canceled and all dues may be reversed as this is not
claimable from your end .

This has in reference to the HSBC GOLD card No. [protected], after settlement in the year 2007 still i am receiving bill. More over my card has already cancelled on my request but the amount rs. 9179 has cropped up from zero balance. You are requested to kindly treat the card cancelled and all dues may be reversed as this is not claimable from your end.
