HSBC Bank Credit Card — Unwanted cheque Issued AND Demand of Interest

I on reciept of so many call from the bank asked to issue acredit card. My card no.is [protected].
immidiatly after receipt of card I surprised to see thast bank has issued a chaque of Rs.10000.00 in favor of me without my request/consent..I contacted the bank official in informed my concern, they said they will take up the matter. It was my further surpire when I recieved the payment advise for the interest amount on Rs. 10000.00charged by the bank when I did not encashed the instument.
Now bank officials are saying to give an indeminity to cenceell the chaque..The phone nos, provided by the bank on the recovery notice are out of service since long.

I Have cleared all my dues upto the month of 2 October 2008 for amount 890.75/-
which was our purchase but after we have got no transaction with my creditr card but TATA AIG General Insurance has debited installment in my credit card Bill which has no concern with me. i have not comitted any policy OF TATA AIG from that month they are sending bills including installments and other charges . i have already sent so many emails to the complaint cell and so many times they have commeted to cancel these dues and to send the fresh bill with no dues but the same is being filtered agagin and again in my bills.
kindly Omit these dues with immediate effect other wise we will go to another plateform. we have also communicated the same complaint to CMD
